All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time:
- West Malaysia: 1–5 working days
- East Malaysia: 3–7 working days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- High order volume
4. Ready Stock Items
Most products sold on our website are ready stock items. We aim to pack and ship orders as quickly as possible.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on:

8. Delayed or Lost Parcels
Once parcels are handed over to the courier service, delivery management is under the courier company.
